PEER REVIEW

AUTHORSHIP implies full responsibility for the scientific content and the presentation format of the article.
The ARTICLE EVALUATION will be made in orb, within 30 days after receiving the article. Both versions (in Romanian and a foreign language) will be submitted for evaluation.
Authors will be notified of the evaluation results:
a) article acceptance;
b) article acceptance with adjustments;
c) article rejection.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:

1) topic of interest;
2) in-depth analysis of scientific ideas;
3) content originality;
4) compliance with journal profile;
5) title appropriateness;
6) updated bibliography (the sources indicated in the text and footnotes will also be found in the bibliography).

ETHICS
Articles accepted for publication in SCOL cannot be sent to another journal for publication. Manuscripts containing plagiarized paragraphs, as well as articles previously published in other journals/ volumes will be rejected.
