CURRENT TEACHING ACTIVITIES

General Physics, addressed to the students in the first year from the bachelor degree studies at the Faculty of Automation, University of Craiova
Main topics: Elements of tensorial calculus, analytical mechanics, fluids, thermodynamics, optics.

Numerical Methods and Simulation in Physics, addressed to the students in the third year from the bachelor degree studies at the Faculty of Physics, University of Craiova
Main topics: Euler’s method, Runge-Kutta’s method, Poisson’s equation, equation of diffusion, equation of waves, equations of hydrodynamics and magneto-hydrodynamics, equation of motion for the electron.

Dynamics of the Magnetic Field Lines in Tokamak, addressed to the students in the second year from the master degree studies in Theoretical Physics at the University of Craiova
Main topics: Stochastic processes, Euler’s and Lagrange’s correlations, Corrsin’s approximation, decorrelation trajectory method, diffusion of anisotropic magnetic field lines in tokamak, diffusion of electrons in tokamak.
