ABSTRACT

The synergic action of some aerobe and anaerobe bacteria sometimes determines the apparition of a human pathology with fatal evolution, turning in the symptomatic form of : necrosis fasceites. We have presented the clinical case of a young boy aged 27, a man who has been wounded at the right hand, right police as well as bandage with a bullet who died by pluriorganic insufficiency due to infection.
