ABSTRACT

 

This paper presents the morphologic changes of endometrium during the reproductive years, perimenopausal and postmenopausal period. This disorder presents clinically at abnormal uterine bleeding. This is the most common reason for performing an endometrial biopsy and it is necessary to permit the best diagnosis.
