A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE BIOFLAVONOIDS
FROM PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS USING
HPTLC AND UV-VIS SPECTROMETRY

The comparative study of the bioflavonoids from different pharmaceutical products was work using a high performance thin layer chromatography and UV-VIS spectrometry. The direct resolution of three flavonoids was evaluated by normal-phase planar chromatography and reversed -phase planar chromatographic, using Kiesel gel GF 254 layer and Sil C18-50/UV254 plates. The spectrometric determinations were analized using UV-VIS Perkin Elmer spectrophotometer.
