THE BIRDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CRAIOVA
DURING THE SEROTINAL SEASON
There were observed 75 species distributed in 12 orders and 33 families in the serotinal season between 2004 and 2006. The most species, about 60 sp., were noticed in 2006. The serotinal period coincides with the preparing of the birds for the autumn migration.
