Abstract

At the SDE of USAMVB Timişoara, on a cambic chernozem soil, has been proceeded an experiment regarding the rhythm of growth at the mixed cultivated Poa pratensis, Dactylis glomerata, Lolium perenne, Festuca rubra Species, planted at 4 cm, 8 cm respectively 12,5 cm between rows.

As these plants are mixed cultivated when creating the meadows, it is very important to know the ways in which their growth and development is influenced in the case of different phenophases (different usages). From our experience we notice that during the first phenophases and until the formation of the first leave there is no difference in terms of height between the Poa pratensis cultivated alone and that cultivated in mixture. The biggest differences regarding the bush length are to be noticed at all seeding distances in the 59 phenophase – the end of blooming.
