ABSTRACT

Within the general cadastre view, the forest cadastre deals with the inventory and the distribution of the forest fund in order to obtain a long-time management of the forests, the best exploitation of the forest resources and the maintenance of its unity.

Delimitation works of the forest fund, works of territorial organization and decoration within the companies, plots and decoration companies, works of surface mapping and plotting description (through developing specific elements of the station and of the forest vegetation which characterizes their productivity) are being elaborated for this purpose. Apart from the common elements concerning the cadastre (plot code, category and subcategory of usage, surface, legal situation), the forest cadastre is responsible of the general cadastre requests regarding the cadastre parties, the owner’s code, the plot net income, etc.

The purpose of the present is to create the topographic and altimetric development of a forest plot, to register it within the land register as having owners but not with a final purpose, through plotting works executed in Martinesti , Dancu Mare village, Hunedoara County.
