ABSTRACT

 

In Beer Industry water can have a lot of utilities, namely: raw or auxiliary material, washing water, sorting water, cooling water and transporting water for various materials.

The water used in technological processes in beer industry must have certain specific features which should ensure proper quality of the foodstuff products as well as proper exploitation under optimum conditions of the production equipments. The water must be drinkable and have the appropriate organoleptic features.
