THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE CULTURE AREA FOR DOUBLE-SPACED SYSTEM INTENSIVE GROWING OF PLEUROTUS MUSHROOMS

In the Didactic Station Banu Maracine was took the decision to set up an mushrooms growing in intensive bizonal system in order to obtain Pleurotus mushrooms in the contiguous flux respecting the U.E. norms. In this sense, a location (a room) with an areea of 850 square meters was compartmentalized and accordingly heeled in order to ensure the two parts of the technological process respectively „ the zone of production for the culture mycelium and the fructify zone with the adjacencies subfields succeeding the realization of these objectives according to a project achieved on local plan.
