ABSTRACT

 

In this paper are quantified the main contents of composition and quality from Merlot red wines that were obtained at Samburesti – Olt, Dragasani – Valcea and Banu Maracine – Dolj Vineyards. The physico-chemical composition parameters are accompanied by the organoleptic analysis, that was realized in different phases of the wines maturation.
