ABSTRACT

In this experiment was tested the immunoglobulin activity in Mus musculus injected with a volatile oil solution, extracted from Nigella sativa seeds, toward a stress factor (total body irradiation with X-rays). The animal’s treatment with volatile oil presented an immunomodulating and radioprotection effect, in comparison with untreated Control.
