Publication

After the acceptance of an article for presentation, a LaTeX file (together with its PDF file form) of the full paper in English should be provided by the corresponding author to icamnm_2020@ucv.ro, before October 5, 2020 and then it will be sent further to the peer review process.

The accepted articles that have been presented at the conference will be submitted for publication in one of the following journals:

• The ITM Web of Conferences (an open access journal, indexed in Conference Proceedings Citation Index (Clarivate Analytics Web of Science) (formely ISI Proceedings), Directory of Open Access Journals),

• The Annals of the University of Craiova - Mathematics and Computer Science Series (an open access journal, indexed by Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) - Web of Science Collection, SCOPUS), or in

• The BSG Proceedings, a B+ journal (an open access journal, ranked by CNCSIS), edited by The Balkan Society of Geometers.

Accordingly, the Scientific Committee decides the inclusion of a contribution paper in one of the above Proceedings journals.

After the final notification on acceptance for publishing, the authors should send before November 10, 2020, at the e-mail address icamnm_2020@ucv.ro the camera-ready LaTeX and PDF files of the full paper, in the format of the journal wherein the article has been accepted, according to the instructions found in the Author Guidelines, respectively at:

  The LaTeX template of the Journal ITM Web of Conferences is contained into the archive ITM WoC ICAMNM 2020 Template.zip The entire content of this file should be unzipped to the same folder.

  Alternatively, one can use the on-line LaTeX platform Overleaf.

  2. LaTeX class for Web of Conferences Journal can be found at https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/epj-web-of-conferences/ytgqnsbqttpc.

  3. Use New project -> Academic Journal -> Templates -> Search for 'EPJ Web of Conferences' (or, directly, https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/epj-web-of-conferences/ytgqnsbqttpc), and click on Open as Template (one can change the title of the Template).

  4. This is the template you use for the New project: fill the title, the author(s) etc., and insert the corresponding LaTeX file, according to the files of templates and readme.txt file (found in the archive ITM WoC ICAMNM 2020 Template.zip).

• Note that the indexation in Web of Science of the submitted Proceedings volume is selective and it is at the discretion of WOS as to how quickly new content is processed and uploaded in the database.
